Kwayga is an AI-driven supplier-sourcing platform designed to help supermarket buying teams discover food and drink suppliers faster and more efficiently. For suppliers, Kwayga simplifies the process of finding and engaging with potential buyers when they are looking for your products, starting multilingual conversations, and providing information, pricing, and samples. Interface Overview

Kwayga’s interface is divided into four main areas:

  1. Top Menu

  2. Header

  3. Sidebar

  4. Main Pane

Top Menu

The top menu provides access to various areas of Kwayga, each with specific functionalities:

  • Messaging: In the Messaging Centre, you can initiate conversations with buyers you are connected with on Kwayga. The AI-powered system translates messages into your preferred language, facilitating communication with international partners.

  • Deal Centre: Review purchase requests posted by our buyer members. Every time a purchase request that matches your company profile is posted, you will receive a notification about it. If you can supply the product, simply click to express interest, and the buyer will be notified.

  • Connections: In the Connections tab, you can view all the profiles of businesses you are connected with on Kwayga. If a buyer invites you to connect, you will find the invitation here as well. This feature helps you manage your network efficiently, keeping track of your business relationships and potential opportunities.

  • Notifications: Access all your in-app notifications, including new messages and invitations to connect.

  • Settings: Manage your company profile, users, and teams from the settings menu.

Header

The header displays your company name and logo, along with a button to contact Kwayga Support. If you are part of multiple teams within your company, you can switch teams using the arrow next to your company name.

Sidebar

The sidebar’s content and functionality vary depending on the platform area you are using. For instance, in the Messaging Centre, you can manage messages by request or connection, while in the Deal Centre, you can use filters and post requests. You can always hide the sidebar by clicking the blue arrow at the top.

Main Pane

The main pane displays the primary activities for each feature, such as messages, purchase requests, and connections.
